Dear sir,
This is to inform you that the bridge over the……….. Canal of our locality has been badly damaged due to heavy rain and the recent flood. It is very risky to cross it especially for the old people, children and . It has not been repaired for a long time. Even some people got badly injured while crossing the bridge.
Under THIS situation, I, therefore, would request you to take necessary steps for the immediate repair of the above mentioned bridge and oblige thereby.
