A letter to your father about hostel life
My dear Father/mother
I hope you are doing well. I wanted to write to you about my experience living in the hostel. The hostel life is quite different from what I was used to at home.
I‘m learning to become independent and am slowly growing accustomed to the different rules here. Everyone here is friendly and helpful, which has made this transition easier. The daily schedule here is quite demanding, with classes and extracurricular activities taking up most of my time. I‘m learning a lot and am enjoying the academic challenges that come with hostel life.
Living away from home has also made me more appreciative of the little luxuries that I often took for granted. I‘m learning to do my own laundry and make my own meals. It‘s a great experience that is teaching me a lot about responsibility and self–reliance. I also love the fact that I have the opportunity to make new friends here.
We have a lot of fun together, playing sports and exploring the surrounding area. I‘m loving my time at the hostel and am already looking forward to the next academic year.
Love,
Your Son
